Rules / Objectives:

Recovery Session. 1 player stands on each cone placed in a 10×10 square. One ball is passed in a figure of 8 with each player jogging to the next cone after they have passed the ball. When a player gets all the way around the square they go through the ladder or hoops (one foot in each) to get across to the next square. 4 repetitions
