3 Player Passing Drill


Player B passes the ball to Player A who is stood behind and to the right of the static defender C. Player A returns the ball to B using his right foot and then side steps to the left of C and returns the ball with his left foot.

Aim to do this as a 1 touch exercise.

Swap the pass with volley, chest volley, header over the top of defender.

Help players feel relaxed, remove pressure by removing expectations and allowing players to make mistakes, it’s OK to make mistakes as long as you are learning from them.
